Clear Refund Process
At sculpit.design, every design project is created based on client requirements, project scope, brand direction, creative planning, and production time.
Because our services are custom and creative, refund eligibility depends on the project status, amount of work completed, and the service agreement.

Design • Branding • Web • Digital ServicesOverview
This Refund Policy applies to graphic design, branding, web design, print design, marketing design, UI/UX design, presentation design, and other creative or digital services provided by sculpit.design.
By placing an order, submitting payment, approving a quote, or starting a project with us, you agree to this Refund Policy along with our Terms and Conditions.
Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the project type, payment status, project stage, communication history, and the amount of work already completed.
A refund may be considered when:
- The project has not started yet.
- A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
- The order was placed by mistake and cancellation is requested quickly.
- We are unable to provide the agreed service.
- No design concept, draft, preview, or project work has been started.
Non-Refundable Work
Since most of our services are custom-made, some payments become non-refundable after planning, design, development, or delivery work has started.
Refunds may not be available for:
- Completed and delivered custom design work.
- Approved concepts, drafts, previews, or final files.
- Projects where significant creative work has already been completed.
- Rush order fees or urgent delivery charges.
- Third-party expenses such as stock images, fonts, plugins, hosting, software, or paid resources.
- Delays caused by missing client materials, late feedback, unclear instructions, or incomplete information.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered when a project has started but has not been completed or delivered.
The refundable amount may be calculated after deducting completed work, research time, concept development, design drafts, communication time, administrative work, and any third-party costs.
- Early-stage projects may qualify for a higher partial refund.
- Mid-stage projects may qualify for a smaller partial refund.
- Near-complete or delivered projects may not qualify for a refund.
Order Cancellations
Clients may request cancellation as soon as possible after placing an order.
If cancellation is requested before work begins, a refund may be considered. If work has already started, the request may be reviewed as a partial refund case.
- Cancellation requests should include order details and payment confirmation.
- Cancellation is not confirmed until approved by sculpit.design.
- Approved cancellations may exclude payment processing fees or third-party costs.
Revisions Are Not Refunds
Revisions are a normal part of the design process. If a design needs improvement, clients should request revisions according to the selected service package.
A refund may not be approved only because revisions are needed, especially when the project remains within the original scope and our team is willing to continue the work.
- Minor changes are handled through revision rounds.
- Major changes outside the original scope may require extra payment.
- New concepts, new sizes, new pages, or new design directions may be treated as additional work.
Digital Delivery
Most sculpit.design services are delivered digitally through files, email, cloud links, website updates, or online communication.
Once final files, source files, editable files, website access, or completed deliverables are shared with the client, the project may be considered delivered and may become non-refundable.
Payment Processing Fees
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as PayPal, Venmo, card processors, bank transfers, or other secure payment systems.
If a refund is approved, payment gateway fees, transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or third-party processing fees may be deducted where applicable.
sculpit.design is not responsible for delays, deductions, or refund processing rules set by third-party payment providers.

Your refund request should include:
- Your full name
- Email address or contact information used for the order
- Project or order details
- Payment confirmation or transaction reference
- Reason for the refund request
- Any relevant communication or supporting details
Refund Review and Timeline
After receiving a refund request, we will review the project status, completed work, communication history, payment details, and applicable policy terms.
If a refund is approved, processing time may vary depending on the payment method and third-party payment provider.
- Refund requests are reviewed case by case.
- Additional information may be requested before a decision is made.
- Approved refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have a concern about your order, we encourage you to contact us first so we can review the issue and try to resolve it professionally.
Unnecessary chargebacks or payment disputes may delay the resolution process and may require us to provide project records, communication history, delivery proof, and payment details to the payment provider.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, required files, clear instructions, timely feedback, and approval decisions.
Refunds may not be approved for delays or project issues caused by missing content, late response, unclear instructions, change of mind after approval, or requests outside the original project scope.
Changes to This Refund Policy
sculpit.design may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, payment methods, or customer support process.
Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
