Revisions

Do you provide revisions?

What counts as a revision?

What is not included as a normal revision?

How long does delivery take?

Do I get source files?

Who owns the final design?

After full payment and final delivery, clients may use the approved final design according to the agreed service terms. Website content, templates, unused concepts, drafts, and internal design assets may remain the property of sculpit.design unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

Do you offer refunds?

Refund eligibility depends on the project stage and amount of work completed. If work has not started, a refund may be considered. Once custom creative work has started or final files are delivered, full refunds may not be available.

Can I cancel an order?

You can request cancellation as early as possible. If the project has already started, the request may be reviewed as a partial refund case depending on completed work.

Are revisions better than requesting a refund?

In most cases, yes. Design is a creative process, and revisions help improve the project according to your feedback. Refunds are usually reviewed separately based on the Refund Policy.
